The hairstylist was nice,But sadly she burnt my head with the hairdryer and I felt the hairdryer hit my head a couple of times as she was not looking what she was doing.
she colored my hair colours without explaining first properly what she was going to do and didn't have hot water for washing hair so had a cold hair wash,They did give me a free hair treatment to make up for that.
The whole reason for going to get my hair done was because I dyed my hair myself and messed it up,It turned ginger toned so we wanted it out but after I still had ginger tones throughout my hair.
I wanted blond with darker brown streaks but came home with something much different.
also the stylist dropped the comb she was using in my hair and kept using it also dropped tin foils and kept on using them in my hair, is this ok?The worst part was they blamed us and wanted us to pay again for more foils.They spoke to you like your dumb.will not go back or recommend to anyone.
