Glass type> Tall
Ingredients 30ml Stolichnaya Vodka 15ml Havana Club Anejo Reserva 15ml apricot brandy 1-cup strong English breakfast tea 1 orange ½ lemon 2 bar spoons of Manuka honey
Method > Brew one cup of strong English breakfast tea > Pour over ice in a mixing glass to chill, then set aside > Fill a tall glass with ice > Add curls of orange rind > Muddle (gentle crush to extract the juice) Manuka honey and half a chopped lemon in a mixing glass > Fill with ice and pour over vodka, rum and brandy > Shake and double strain into the tall glass > Top with chilled tea > Serve with a sweet biscuit
