Ingredients 4 Basil Leaves 40mls Black Doris Plum compote 10mls vanilla syrup 40mls vanilla infused 42 Below 10mls Lemon Z
Shake and double strain into a martini with a vanilla sugar rim. In a bowl add half an egg white, and a barspoon and a half, of vanilla sugar, whisk into a thick foam. Add foam on top of the drink. Basil leaf to garnish. There you have it!Plum Popo recipe supplied by Con of GPK Takapuna
