> Cocktail

Ingredients
2oz brandy
1oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
Ice
Cherry or lemon slice for garnish

Method
> Fill a shaker with ice
> Add all ingredients and shake well
> Pour into glass, add ice and stir
