Berry Bramble:
Cocktail Recipe

Key ingredient
> Gin

Glass type
> Highball

Ingredients
45mls South gin
Dash of sugar syrup
3 wedges of lime
6 raspberries
Crushed ice
Raspberry to garnish

Method
> In a shaker, muddle the raspberries and lime
> Add South gin and gomme
> Fill with ice
> Shake well
> Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice
> Strain and garnish with a raspberry.
