Hopeless. The staff seem to have taken courses in ignoring the customers and rolling their eyes when taking the order. You'd think an American styled place like Arizona Bar & Grill could do proper hash browns instead of inedible commercial jobs cooked two hours earlier. Small touches like butter for toast elude these people. The second-worst moccha I've had in Wellington. We won't be going back to this dump!
