Cocktail Recipe

Key ingredient
> Gin

Glass type
> Old fashioned

Ingredients
2 oz gin
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
Yolk of 1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
Soda water

Method
> Fill shaker with ice
> Drop in egg yolk
> Add gin, sugar and juice
> Shake well
> Strain into a highball glass and top up with soda water
> Drink immediately
